Maritime Port Authority

ASSIGNMENT

The Maritime Port Authority of Singapore came to TLBB for help with writing and designing their internal e-newsletters, landing pages, risk digests, calendars and various other marketing collaterals.


STRATEGY

TLBB saw this wide range of briefs as opportunities to reinforce MPA’s brand identity. This served as the foundation for all our designs. We also paid special attention to using design to simplify complex processes and jargon, and to facilitate comprehension.

EXECUTION

In order to convey the dynamism and future-centric nature of MPA in the collateral design, we infused MPA’s brand colours into a system of patterned geometry which became a common feature across the various collaterals. We also broke up information into visually logical segments so that the copy looks inviting instead of intimidating.

RESULTS

By basing our designs for different platforms off a common philosophy, we accomplished two things: We strengthened MPA’s brand identity as well as increased the effectiveness and consistency of their communications.
