EZ Pay
ASSIGNMENT
EZ Pay is one of EZ-Link’s value-added services. It is a post-paid, cardless payment service that allows Singaporean motorists to pay for Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) and parking charges. EZ-Link came to us for help to promote this service.
STRATEGY
An over-abundance of content means that the competition for consumer attention is a tight one. How do we get people, who might otherwise not be interested, to pay attention to EZ-Link’s new service? We created anticipation surrounding the launch of EZ Pay.
EXECUTION
We made a teaser featuring Monzee to generate hype around EZ-Link’s new service. At the end of the video, viewers were asked to stay tuned to find out more. The subsequent video we created revealed the new EZ Pay service and teaches consumers how to go about signing up for it.
RESULTS
Since the videos were uploaded onto EZ-Link’s Facebook page, the teaser enticed those interested to find out about the mysterious new offering to constantly check back in. This became an opportunity for EZ-Link to strengthen their relationship with their target audience.
