Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) – FAQ & Application

How Do I Be Eligible For PSG?

You can apply for PSG if your company meet the following criteria:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions/equipment/consultancy service must be used in Singapore
  • (For selected solutions only) Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding
  • Company’s Group annual sales turnover should also not be more than S$100 million, OR Company’s Group employment size should be no more than 200 employees.

 

Is There Anything That Will Make Me Ineligible?

The following entities do not qualify for PSG grant support:

  • Charities, Institutions of Public Characters (IPCs)
  • Religious Entities
  • Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO)
  • Government agencies and subsidiaries

Your application will be rejected if your company:

  • Made any payment to a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment
  • Signed any contract with a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment

 

Can a Company Submit Multiple Applications At The Same Time?

Yes, one company can submit more than one application at a time.

 

How Long Will Application Take?

Applications are processed about 6 weeks from the submission of all required information.

Companies are strongly encouraged to submit their applications ahead of time to account for the application outcome and/or processing duration required.

Once an application has been submitted, companies may choose to proceed with the project and purchase the solution before the application outcome. However, you will not be able to claim subsequently if the application is unsuccessful.

 

What Documents Do I Need To Prepare For Application?

For a company in operation for 3 or more years, company financial statements (FS) for the past 3 years, or prorated based on incorporation date.

For a company in operation for less than 3 years, company financial statements for the last 2 years in operation will suffice.

For newly incorporated companies (i.e. less than 1 year), you may attach other relevant supporting documents such as: Projected Income Statement, and to-date unaudited financial statements or management accounts that are endorsed by the company’s shareholder/director stated in ACRA.

 

How Long Does It Take For Me To Receive My Claims Disbursement?

Claim disbursements take up to 4-6 weeks to process. Companies are encouraged to submit their claims after they have fully deployed, providing documents to show use of the solution for at least one month. Incomplete submissions will result in delays.

 

How Many Times Can I Apply For PSG?

Each company supported by EnterpriseSG is subject to an annual grant of S$30,000 maximum for solutions supported by EnterpriseSG, starting on 1 April and ending on 31 March the following year.

 

What Happens When I Reach The Grant Limit?

Companies that have fully utilised their grant caps will not be eligible for further PSG support within the validity period of the grant cap (1st April to 31st March), and may then apply for new solutions at the next period when the grant caps are refreshed. Companies are encouraged to plan the use of the PSG for their purchases.

 

 

How To Apply?

1. Choosing TLBB

Access the list of supportable solutions eligible for your business sector. If we’re one of the relevant options listed for your sector, you can check out our Packages and Quotations here.

2. Application

Submit your application + quotation (provided by us) on Business Grant Portal (BGP) website https://www.businessgrants.gov.sg/ for approval. Note that you’ll also need to register for a Corppass account to transact on the portal. You can click here to see the required documents for application.

3. Approval & Campaign

Once the grant application is approved, you will accept Letter Of Offer from BGP. An invoice and the contract will be sent to you afterwards.

Once that is done, we will conduct an analysis of your company followed by a solution proposal & content strategy. Once these are completed, the 3 month campaign will start.

4. Grant Reimbursement

You’ll need to then submit a claim on the BGP portal. In exchange, we’ll provide you with the decks, reports, and handover after the 3 months campaign to submit on the portal.  You will receive the reimbursement after that.
